I work with individuals 18+ who are experiencing anxiety, interpersonal relationship issues, parenthood struggles, and life transitions and stressors. I have a specific interest in trauma and neurodivergence due to my own lived experience with both. As a neurodivergent identifying therapist, I understand how important it is to provide a safe and affirming space for my clients to explore their authentic selves. My therapeutic approach stems from a humanistic perspective and encompasses the values of empathy and collaboration.
