I specialize in helping people tap into their innate curiosity and wonder about the world. All living things, like a fern unfurling, have an innate orientation toward growth. People have all the answers they need within them. My job as a therapist is to act as a mirror, reflecting your inner wisdom. Allow me to shine a light on what is already within. My work is shaped by education and training in ecotherapy, mindfulness-based self-compassion, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I received a BA in Psychology at UC Santa Barbara and a Master of Social Work at Cal State East Bay. I have worked in both non-profit community mental health and healthcare settings with people from a range of backgrounds, demographics, and presenting problems.
