I treat OCD, phobias, panic disorder, and OCD related disorders. I have experience with emetophobia and body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB's).

I have been in private practice for over 20 years. I have treated eating disorders in an outpatients setting and now focus primarily of OCD and phobias. I utilize evidence based treatment approaches - primarily CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ERP (exposure and response prevention) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I use the ComB model for hair pulling and skin picking disorders - known as BFRBs.
