I strongly believe for therapy to be successful it must start with having a positive rapport with your therapist. Let me tell you more about myself. I value providing a safe environment that is accepting, compassionate, and relaxed. I believe therapy begins with understanding who we are, what we want for ourselves, and the journey of how we get there making changes that are lasting. I find it an honor to partner with you on that journey. I bring 15 years experience as a therapist with the insight of several clinical interventions and use this expertise as I learn the issues at hand.
