Lindsay Yepsen
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I enjoy working with college students who may be struggling with anxiety, stress management, and navigating peer relationships.
I am looking forward to meeting you! I have experiencing working with adolescents, adults, and students in private practice settings, community mental health clinics, and two universities. I draw from a person-centered, strengths-based approach, and I enjoy focusing on mindfulness and self-compassion skills. I provide a safe and warm space, so I am best able to listen to where you currently are in life and work collaboratively with you to set goals and focus on your individual needs. Together, we will explore the importance of balance while you give yourself grace and develop agency. We’re all human. We all need someone to talk to.
