I work with folks seeking to heal their relationships with food and body & learn skills to cope effectively with difficult emotions and experiences.

At times, we all need to be validated and affirmed to feel understood and seen. But to make long lasting changes, we also need to be challenged. As your therapist, I can do both. I work with clients who want to take responsibility for themselves and their lives. Who are willing to step outside of their comfort zones bit by bit to change unhelpful patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Instead of circling around the same old things that are keeping you stuck, together, we will identify strategies that allow you to fully participate in your life. My goal is to help you have compassion for your past and current selves while also making changes that help you live in alignment with your values moving forward. I will sit with you in the hard stuff, laugh with you at the silly stuff, and celebrate you as you make strides towards your goals. I integrate DBT, CBT, Somatic, and Person-Centered modalities and have advanced training in Polyvagal, EMDR, and Brainspotting. I have been working with adults, adolescents, and children in college counseling clinics; inpatient/residential, PHP & IOP facilities; and private practice since 2015.
