In addition to being a therapist, I am an active scholar, and my research focuses on the impact of positive psychological processes and virtues on mental health symptoms and flourishing. My research has won awards for excellence and has been supported by numerous grants. I use evidenced based research in my practice and connect that to your life circumstances and presenting concerns.
