While I enjoy working with a variety of presenting concerns, I enjoy focusing is on executive functioning and adult ADHD. I use an integrated approach of cognitive behavior therapy, behavior analysis, positive psychology and art therapy. I’m also a certified ADHD professional. I believe therapy should be as unique as the person themselves and strive to meet each client where they’re at.
