I work with individuals, couples, and families. My cozy office provides you with a space to explore your feelings and learn new ways of coping.

In addition to individuals, I work with couples and families who experience issues such as co-dependency, depression/anxiety, bipolar, grief, life transitions, parenting challenges, & work/ career stress. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy that includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), attachment theory, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapy. I strongly believe that building a strong rapport with my clients is key to helping them make the changes they want to make. I also specialize in helping people who are struggling with alcohol use and want to learn how to either take control of it or stop drinking completely. I also help loved ones of addicts as they often feel very isolated and fearful. My other area of specialty is working with people who have experienced narcissistic/emotional/psychological abuse to help them learn how to cope, heal, and start to feel better!
