Reaching out for therapy can be intimidating. My approach is meeting you where you're at, & going at your pace. I look forward to supporting your process!

My passion is serving couples, families and women. I find I have the most success in supporting women (emphasis on ages 18-30's), and the unique challenges we face. If you are struggling with negative self talk, difficulty putting yourself first and saying "no" to others, or other difficulties creating anxiety.. I'm here to listen & support. With success in serving couples and families (LGBTQIA+ affirming), I take an emotionally focused approach and ground in communication skills. I will work with you to find the emotional root of the issues you see resurfacing, so cycles are put to an end & you feel at ease.
