I support people living with chronic and/or complex health conditions to find ways to thrive through coaching and accessible mind-body practices.
I help people living with chronic and complex health conditions discover ways to thrive and find more freedom in their bodies and lives through empowering, evidence-based self-management and accessible, trauma-informed mind-body practices. I bring my expertise in neuro occupational therapy, mental health, and embodiment (mindfulness, dance, yoga) into collaborative 1-to-1 client work and group programs. I support clients with a variety of health conditions and those without diagnoses or clear answers yet who: • Are trying to balance managing chronic illness and living (and enjoying!) life; • Want to learn practical strategies, lifestyle choices, and accessible mind-body practices; • Need to nurture practices of self-kindness and rest to support whole-self health; • Are looking for an expert guide with a holistic, empowering, collaborative approach. Living well and living with a health condition are not mutually exclusive. I believe that wellness is incredibly personal and you get to define what that looks like. My role is to help you envision and nurture your own wellness – and to help you flourish even in the face of a new diagnosis or long-term health challenges.
