(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
I am passionate about helping you learn more about yourself, develop healthier relationships, and cultivate a life that reflects what matters to you most.
If you are struggling with your relationships, a harsh inner critic, or overwhelming emotions, it doesn't have to stay this way. At Protea Grace Psychology, I provide trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR, to help you feel less burdened by your emotions and experiences from your past. In session, I aim to create space for you to process issues in your relationships, as well as current stressors in your life, while helping you become more compassionate towards yourself. Whether you are new to therapy or giving it another try, you are welcome here. Regardless of what brings you into therapy, you can trust that you will be met with a therapist that is genuine, that honors your story, and that believes in your ability to heal and grow.
