I'm Dr. Lindsay Elizondo ("El-ee-zon-doh") & I provide relational, emotion-focused, and EMDR therapy in California and Missouri.
I specialize in working with women, young adults, relationship issues, depth work, the LGBTQ+ community, and religious harm/trauma. I really enjoy working with people who are sensitive or have always felt a bit "different." Much healing can be had in challenging messages you've received about who you're "supposed" to be, reconnecting with your body and emotions, accepting yourself as you are, and re-centering your values and your voice.
