Believe. Try. Achieve. Together We Will Help You Succeed.
I'm so glad you're here. I use a holistic, trauma-informed, integrative approach and I specialize in OCD, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and self-esteem problems. I'm passionate in supporting my clients on their transformative journey. We would meet and complete an intake assessment, which we would discuss your chief complaints for seeking therapy. During this appointment, it's important that YOU assess me for suitability for providing you services (e.g., do our personalities "click"?). Further, I am highly trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) used to treat both OCD and anxiety conditions, and as well as a technique called Inferential-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (iCBT), which is designed to treat OCD, which exposures are not required. I have treated OCD using one or both modalities with success. I have taken extensive trainings in order to practice the following modalities: ERP, EMDR, iCBT/CBT, EFT, MI, and CPT.
