I practice a holistic approach that includes looking at sleep patterns, nutrition, and environmental factors. As a PhD I have been trained in a multitude of approaches that I will customize for each individual to achieve the best outcomes for my clients. I believe in teamwork and encourage Client Feedback to determine the best structure of sessions and treatment planning. I believe that each human possesses certain super powers yet also Carrie's some Kryptonite.
