Where healing blooms and growth thrives.

Hi, I am Li Wang. I am committed to offering a person-centered approach that fosters empathy and understanding. With training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, Solution-focused Therapy, techniques from play therapy, and more, I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel valued and empowered. My passion for working with diverse populations is evident in my culturally responsive approach, which honors and celebrates individual experiences. My therapeutic practice spans a broad spectrum of challenges, including trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, body image struggles, self-esteem issues, and more. I believe in tailoring my methods to suit the unique needs and preferences of each client. I am here to support clients on their journey toward greater well-being and fulfillment. Whether you're navigating past traumas or facing current struggles, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration and growth.
