I provide evidence-based care through medication management, lifestyle support, and therapy to help you become your best self.

I am a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 3 years of experience in the field of psychiatry and a passion for helping individuals navigate the complex intersection of mental health, lifestyle, and overall well-being. My approach to psychiatric care is collaborative, evidence-based, and rooted in the belief that every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment. I work with clients of all ages experiencing conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, autism, and other mood, stress-related, or personality disorders, and I strive to create a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing both the challenges they face and the goals they hope to achieve. In my practice, I take a holistic and individualized approach to treatment. While medication management can be an important component of care, I also emphasize lifestyle factors such as sleep hygiene, physical activity, stress management, and behavioral strategies that support long-term mental and physical wellness. I aim to partner with each patient to develop a treatment plan that is both clinically effective and aligned with their values, priorities, and daily life in order to improve their mental health and overall quality of life. I completed my medical training as a Physician Assistant at the George Washington University in 2022 and have worked in various psychiatric roles since graduating. I currently live in Charlotte, NC with my wife, our dog Penny and our cat Weasley. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to concerts, and playing sports like soccer, volleyball, and golf. I feel grateful to do work that allows me to support others in improving their mental health and building a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling
