Leticia Thomas
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA)
It's my goal to provide a safe and empathetic space where individuals can embark on their healing journey and nurture personal growth.
I am committed to empowering individuals of diverse identities to enhance self-awareness, navigate and transcend the obstacles they face, understand the impact of trauma, cultivate healthy relationships, and break free from generational patterns and trauma that may be barriers to the life they desire. With empathy and compassion, I create a safe environment for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I integrate evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques to empower clients in their healing process. On this journey I also acknowledge the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit. A holistic approach recognizes that our experiences, emotions, and beliefs influence our overall health and quality of life. Together, we can develop a deeper understanding of your personal narratives, uncover hidden strengths, and work towards long-lasting change. I aim to offer all those I serve the gift of self-reflection, understanding, and lasting change. I'm here to listen without judgment, validate your feelings, and help you navigate life's complexities.
