You are human, you have value, and you deserve love and respect. Let’s connect to create a plan to love you. You more than anyone deserves your love.

I am looking forward to walking alongside you on your healing journey. I’ve been in practice for over four years with a background of 10years experience in child welfare, family reunification, and medical acute/long term care that have provided me with the wealth of knowledge regarding trauma across the lifespan. I enjoy working with teens and adults. I approach treatment from a strength-base perspective, utilizing evidence based treatments. In our alliance, we will set achievable goals to meet your unique needs. In my practice of evidence based treatments I use different modalities between CBT, mindfulness, DBT. It is my ultimate goal to be working more in the mind-body connection/somatics with clients as well as those who are looking for a decrease in their body symptoms due to trauma, anxiety, depression. I also enjoy working on relationship of self and others regarding conflicts in communication, esteem, and transitions in life. I can help provide you with guided tools so you can be confident in who you are, and where you are going. Life is a journey, we aren’t meant to do it all alone.
