Leslie is especially passionate about helping clients manage anxiety and trauma-related stress while moving through midlife and later life transitions. She understands how grief, health changes, relationship strain, and shifting roles can impact emotional well-being, and she works thoughtfully with clients to develop practical coping strategies and renewed confidence. With experience treating teens, adults, and seniors, Leslie works with individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also addressing relationship concerns and life transitions. She has particular experience supporting First Responders, LGBTQ+ individuals, and women, while offering care to a broad range of clients with diverse backgrounds and needs. Leslie utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and incorporates additional evidence-based approaches when clinically appropriate.
