My name is Lesley Kellogg and I am a psychotherapist and owner of Prism Wellness. Prism Wellness is a group therapy practice that offers trauma informed therapy to individuals 8 years and older, couples, and groups. Each therapist at Prism Wellness has their own speciality including working with individuals with PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, spiritual or religious abuse, mood disorders, and more.
