I am passionate about supporting clients in strengthening their relationships with themselves and with those around them.

I have an integrative approach to therapy, which means I adapt the therapeutic process to the unique needs of each client. In sessions, I pull from trauma-informed and person-centered frameworks such as relational, narrative, emotionally focused, systemic, and somatic therapies. It is important to me that therapy is a space where empathy, directness, genuineness, and sometimes humor can thrive. Overall, I aim to collaborate with you to identify and achieve your therapy goals.
