Certified EMDR Therapist specializing in trauma recovery, life transitions, culturally-based stress. Extensive work with LGBTQIA+ & multicultural groups.

Therapy provides a unique space apart from everyday life to build trust, safely explore needs, recover from past adversity, and take steps towards living a more meaningful and joyful life. I have advanced training and clinical expertise in the treatment of trauma recovery and culturally-responsive care. To most effectively support each person with accomplishing their goals, I take an eclectic approach to therapy and utilize diverse interventions; these most often include Internal Family Systems ("Parts Work"), EMDR, CBT, and culturally-responsive, person-centered therapies. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist with more than 10 years of experience successfully treating PTSD and other trauma-related symptoms using EMDR. My lens as a therapist has been heavily shaped by my lived experiences, education, and work with under-resourced, minoritized, and multiply-marginalized communities (specifically individuals within low-income, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, immigrant, and refugee groups). I value authenticity, genuine collaboration, and goodness of fit in therapeutic work. Free consultation is available to help new clients make an informed decision about their care.
