Accepting new clients! Anxiety? Panic disorder? Trauma? Depression? I've got you! I'm licensed in 43 states and have 20+ years of experience.

I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, with particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety and panic disorder; law enforcement officers and other first responders; members of the LGBTQIA+ community; and women who are strengthening their boundaries and learning to use their voice with greater confidence. My integrative, evidence-based approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in a nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences safely. I often use humor when it supports the work. My goal is to help you gain insight, build effective tools, and move toward a more grounded, empowered, and authentic life. Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to holding things together on your own. If you’re considering therapy and wondering whether this might be a good fit, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. We can talk about what you’re looking for and decide together whether working together feels right.
