I am looking forward to meeting you. I have been practicing for over 25 years in a range of treatment settings from inpatient to my current private practice. I enjoy working with adults, couples, and families. I approach treatment as a partnership with a strengths perspective, use evidence-based strategies, and work with you to facilitate lasting change for your desired results. My educational background includes two master's degrees. One in Professional Counseling and the other in Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology. I am Certified in EMDR. I am a Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and trained in Ayurvedic principles.
