As a clinical therapist and certified life coach, I work with people who have come to the realization that their lives can be better. It is courageous to seek help in navigating the issues that show up in our lives. Everyone faces challenges and the burden is always easier to bear when we can address it with someone who is objective, non-judgemental, truthful and caring. Amid every difficulty in life, there is always a choice and always an answer.
