I hope to create a safe space for my clients to find their most authentic selves and to feel heard and supported.

Hello! I’m a therapist with ADHD and like to create a casual, warm environment for you to get help working through things like trauma, anxiety, depression, and concerns related to neurodivergence. I welcome all identities and acknowledge the impact systems of oppression in our society have on mental health. I also have experience working specifically with adoptees who are processing trauma and exploring their identities. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and like to incorporate Internal Family Systems and creative arts into sessions.
