I collaborate to help you with academic and sports pressures, cultural issues, grief and loss, parenting, relationships, spirituality, and trauma.
I help with adjustment concerns, academic and sports pressures, cultural issues, grief and loss, parenting, social relationships, sleep, spirituality, and trauma. My attachment-focused, trauma-informed approach to therapy helps build safety and trust. We will collaborate to find external resources and internal strengths. I integrate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic experiencing, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. My favorite activities are hiking in nature, reading, watching movies, listening to and making music, swimming, biking, and horseback riding. You can also find me spending quality time with my family and friends, having desserts around town. I also love playing with our two twin cats at home. I am also fluent in Putonghua, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
