Whether we meet virtually, face-to-face, or outdoors in nature, my clients experience therapy as a safe place where they reconnect with their self-worth and change unwanted patterns. I have a special interest in helping clients: adjust to change; recover from loss; shift out of anxious states; establish healthy boundaries; practice courageous communication; and enjoy meaningful connection with others.
