I am client-centered and take a strengths-based approach, meaning that I believe you have most of the answers within you, so I will help you use your strengths to get where you need to go. I specialize in working with trauma and use EMDR in addition to narrative therapy to help people get well. I've worked a lot with people with depression and anxiety as well.
