Dr. Taveras is a bilingual, bicultural licensed clinical psychologist. She and her team offer culturally curious and evidence-based support. Call today!
Our mission at Coral Valley is to support you through the ups, downs, and in-betweens of life through the provision of evidence-based, culturally curious psychological interventions within the frame of an empathic, therapeutic relationship—in English, Spanish, or both. At Coral Valley, we offer an integrative psychotherapeutic approach, psychological assessments, and psychoeducational training for individuals, couples, families, and groups related to a variety of mental health issues. Coral Valley Clinicians strive to offer a therapeutic "holding environment" in which we truly hear, not just what you say, but also what you may struggle to convey. We incorporate relational, person-centered, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, and other evidence-based interventions. In therapy, we will guide you to identify and understand the challenges you face, to experience and process your emotions, and to take concrete, empowering steps towards healing, growth, and whatever else your therapeutic goals may entail.
