I see ages 6 and above facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, relational issues, grief, and more.

My ideal client is an individual aged 6 and above—be it a child, teenager, or adult—facing challenges such as (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, relational issues, grief and loss, life transitions, or self-esteem concerns. They seek a safe, non-judgmental space to process their emotions, develop effective coping skills, and achieve personal growth. Their goal is to navigate life's challenges successfully, heal from past traumas, and transform into the best version of themselves. I provide a personalized, integrative approach using CBT, ACT, trauma-focused CBT, and mindfulness. For children and teens, I incorporate play and art therapy. As a Certified SYMBIS facilitator, I support couples in premarital and marital growth. For those who desire, I offer a Christian perspective to integrate faith into the healing process. Seeking help is a brave step, and I’m here to support you. Whatever challenges you’re facing, you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we’ll work toward healing, growth, and lasting change. If you’re ready to take that next step, I invite you to reach out—we’ll start this journey together.
