Although my title is Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, families, parents and children of all ages. Throughout life, we encounter experiences and challenges that are unexpected and the future may seem out of our control but you are not alone. My specialities are couples working through affairs and other conflict issues, young adults going through life transitions such as starting college, a new job or a family, and adults experiencing anxiety/depression/or trauma as a result of unhealthy dynamics with romantic partners, friends, extended or nuclear family members. As a therapist, I believe in creating a non-judgmental, safe place for any individual(s) to express their emotions, thoughts, and experiences comfortably. I will listen intently to you and assist you in creating goals that are unique to you. It is a brave first step for you to look for someone to discuss your personal experiences with. My goal is to provide you with the space to discuss any and all challenges you feel necessary. I intend to build your trust and establish a productive relationship beginning on the first session. I look forward to hearing from you.
