I look forward to meeting you! I have been practicing since 2015 when I initially began as a school-based therapist and later tranisitioned to my current private practice. I enjoy working with children, especially adolescents, as well as adults. My approach to treatment comes from a strengths based perspective and I use evidence-based strategies, including play therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, to work with you and collaboratively set goals based on your specific needs. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome in my practice.
