(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC)
My training is in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Child Centered Play Therapy, both centering on attachment and co-regulation as tools for healing.
I have a particular fondness for clients looking for clarity in what feels chaotic, confusing, and overwhelming, I am available to be a focused, honest, kind presence. This sort of connection, what all people are searching for more of, is a primary tool for healing and growth in my approach to working with clients. Many of us are struggling to feel ownership of our own lives and identities. Our relationships go through the same frustrating and painful cycles over and over and over. The weight of the world as a whole and our individual daily lives feel constraining, lacking freedom and joy. Whether your struggle relates to a diagnoses, stage of life, relationships, work, personal growth, grief, addiction, shame... the list goes on. If you experience overwhelm and long for clarity that will guide you toward health and healing, please reach out to me. As heartbreaking as it is to be in that place (I know it, too!), it is my joy to help you!
