Over the past 10 years I have worked to support symptoms including: ADHD, anger, anxiety, communication issues, depression, grief, life transitions, parenting, substance use, and trauma. I operate primarily from a client centered perspective and pull from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy.
