Overwhelmed by college, anxiety, or ADHD? You're not alone. I offer personalized medication care that fits your life, not just your symptoms
College can be a lot—between classes, relationships, big decisions, and the pressure to hold it all together, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or not quite like yourself. Many of the students I work with are navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, panic, or just trying to manage stress and transitions. Some are exploring a new diagnosis, and others just know something’s off. I offer thoughtful, personalized medication management that’s collaborative, flexible, and never one-size-fits-all. Our sessions are a space to talk about how you’re feeling, how meds are (or aren’t) working, and anything else on your mind—whether it’s school stress, burnout, friendships, or figuring out who you are. There’s never any pressure to start or stay on medication unless it feels right for you. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and centered on you—your story, your goals, your pace. Whether this is your first time reaching out or you’ve tried support before, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you feel a little more like yourself again. If you feel we'd be a good fit, please don't hesitate to email or call. You can schedule an appointment online anytime.
