I offer a free 30-minute phone or in-person initial consultation so we can see whether I am a good fit for you.

If anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or fears are starting to run your life, you’re not alone and it doesn’t have to stay this way. Many of my clients enter therapy feeling stuck, caught in cycles of overthinking, avoidance, or self-doubt. I also work with clients navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and adjustment stress. Together, we work to change your relationship with those thoughts and feelings so they have less control over your choices. Rather than just managing symptoms, my goal is to help you build a life that feels meaningful, flexible, and aligned with what matters most to you. You may already have tried to “manage” your symptoms, only to find yourself still stuck in cycles of overthinking, avoidance, or intrusive thoughts. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I specialize in helping teens and adults move beyond symptom management and create lasting, meaningful change. My style is active, collaborative, and supportive. I integrate practical tools and strategies with deeper, values-based work so you leave sessions with both insight and skills you can use right away. I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and ensure that my approach is the right fit for your needs.
