I have spent the last decade providing mental health support, advocacy, and empowerment to women in all stages of life. As a registered yoga teacher, I believe in the many benefits of a strong mind-body connection. I understand the importance of a strong, genuine therapeutic relationship in order to feel comfortable sharing parts of yourself that you might not reveal to anyone else. I will help you get back to the most authentic version of yourself as you rediscover the strength and amazing qualities you’ve always had. This is your time to feel seen and heard without judgement while you show up as a woman first, not mom, wife, or employee.
