I am looking forward to meeting you. I have been practicing for 20 years in a range of treatment settings from non-profits to my current private practice. I enjoy working with adults and couples. I approach treatment collaboratively and from a strengths perspective, use evidence-based strategies and will work with you to set goals to meet your individual needs. I use EMDR, hypnotherapy, and cognitive behavioral techniques. I am exclusively using zoom now, but hope to work in person again when the pandemic is under control.
