Lauren Huber
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I work with my clients to help them identify goals, discover their own internal control, and work toward their fullest potential.
I have over fourteen years experience working with diverse populations, ages 10 through 25 using a person-centered, strengths based approach to counseling. I work with clients through anxiety, depression, school/work avoidance, life transitions, and adjustment issues. I also have additional training and experience working with clients through OCD, utilizing both person-centered and ERP modalities. It often takes courage to reach out and seek help from others. My goal is to be a safe place for you as we work together as a team to reach goals.
