Discover Your True Self: A Compassionate Path to Balance and Healing
Finding balance can be very challenging. So many of us have faced difficulties managing our mental health. Whether you're battling depression, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, we'll work collaboratively to ensure the most appropriate support possible. Finding the right fit in support when you're looking to process thoughts and feelings, trauma, and to create a fuller life can feel impossible. If you want to develop healthier coping skills, more appropriate boundaries, and improve your communication and decision making abilities, I'm here to help! I’ve worked with individuals across the lifespan, as well as couples and families, to navigate the impacts of depression, anxiety, and trauma. I tailor sessions to each individuals needs to ensure “meeting you where you're at,” and come to each session offering support and empathy. The process of exploring oneself can be very challenging and intimidating. It's my priority to provide a nonjudgemental, safe space for exploration that ensures acceptance. I am committed to helping you find your truest self and build the skills needed to help you live a life worth living.
