Hello! I use evidence-based therapy to support self-acceptance, effective emotion regulation, healthy relationships, and greater connectedness to life.

Great to meet you! I specialize in working with anxiety, stress, OCD, ADHD, perfectionism, overwhelm, burnout, and relationship challenges, and use evidence-based treatments tailored to your needs to help you more deeply understand and accept yourself, respond effectively to your emotions, and build a life of meaning. My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care. When we work together, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully yourself. As your therapist, I am here to compassionately challenge and support you in navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to move forward. I specialize in working with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, and OCD, using evidence-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Unified Protocol (UP-CBT), Mindful Self-Compassion, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also offer neurodivergent-affirming coaching and CBT-based skills training for ADHD.
