I have practiced psychotherapy in a variety of settings since 2002, including college counseling. My training in Psychodynamic and Family Systems Theories translates to a deep respect for you, the individual, in the context of your family and community. Most of us struggle with overwhelming emotions and situations at some point in our lives. How we cope serves us well in some ways and not in others. We can collaborate to identify these patterns and make the changes that bring you greater health.
