I provide psychotherapy for a variety of concerns but I focus my practice on therapy to address distress around climate change--including eco-/climate anxiety, grief, anger, hopelessness, and other feelings. There are a lot of feelings that come into play around environmental issues that people are already experiencing in the world or that they worry about for the future. Whatever you're feeling about climate change or ecological change--climate-aware therapy can help. Whether it's your only concern or it's embedded in other concerns, as a climate therapist I am knowledgeable about climate change, won't overpathologize, will listen, and will help you build resilience from the inside-out. ​
