(She/Her/Hers)
Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Pre-Licensed Professional
When life feels overwhelming, healthy connections with ourselves and one another allow us to thrive.
Many people experience symptoms of anxiety, feel overwhelmed by big changes in their lives, or are ready to heal from past experiences. It can be hard to figure it out alone. I can help! I bring warmth and understanding to every session and put your life experiences and hopes for the future at the heart of our work together. I help my clients connect with their minds, hearts, and bodies so they can find more meaning and joy in all areas of their lives. In my work, I draw from attachment theory, feminist theory, and mindfulness. I use a strengths-based, sex-positive, queer-affirming, and body-neutral approach and have training in Gottman Method couples therapy. I believe the most important part of my job is to help you build your sense of safety in a world where so much is unsafe for anybody with a marginalized identity. I have a particular interest in working with people adjusting to life transitions (including figuring out who they want to be professionally). I especially enjoy working with people navigating mismatched sexual desire in their relationships, those who want to better understand and appreciate their own sexuality, and people practicing non-monogamy.
