I specialize in IFS, trauma informed, relationship, and strengths based therapy. I work with diverse adolescent and adult populations who experience relationship difficulties, anxiety/depression, neurodiversity, LGBTQ and identity related issues, health issues such as cancer, academic/career stressors, religious trauma, and life transitions. My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, and I value humor in sessions. I will help build self awareness and strategies that will support you as you create the life that is authentically you.
