Heal, Flourish, and Rewrite Your Story: Empowering you through Recreational Therapy!
Hi there! I'm a licensed recreational therapist with over 11 years of experience. I've worked extensively with veterans, individuals with mental health conditions, and those recovering from brain injuries. My therapeutic approach is all about harnessing the power of creativity to facilitate healing and growth. Through evidence and activity-based interventions, we'll work together to enhance your coping mechanisms and develop positive social and leisure skills. One of my primary goals will be to help you build a strong foundation of self-esteem. By providing a supportive and collaborative environment, we'll work hand in hand to develop strategies that empower you to overcome obstacles and thrive in your college journey. My interventions are designed to improve your quality of life and equip you with the tools necessary to navigate the complexities of your day-to-day experiences. I'll tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals while having fun. Please reach out if you have any additional questions and I would be happy to schedule a free 15-minute good fit consultation!
