Numa Psychotherapy is a group psychotherapy practice located in the North Loop neighborhood of downtown Minneapolis. We're a diverse group of providers who provide psychotherapy services to individuals and couples/relationships (both monogamous and non-monogamous). Sessions are provided both in the office and virtually, depending on the client's needs and the provider's availability. We work with and welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations. Many of our clients are young adults, people of color, and/or queer. We treat a full range of symptoms and disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma & PTSD, bipolar, personality disorders, life transitions/adjustments, identity development, systemic oppression, relationship issues, etc. The providers currently accepting new clients is always changing, so it's best to inquire through the website to learn who has current availability.
