I have 16 years of experience in the mental health field, and I love to helping people reach their goals and feel empowered to makes changes in their lives. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, which includes generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorders, and obsessive compulsive disorders. Other areas of focus include depression, life transitions, mood disorders, and adoption/foster care. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for client for clients to work on their goals and improve their overall sense of wellbeing.
